KESD & Our Current School Facilities

KESD is responsible for maintaining (7) school facilities. We are at a point where each of our facilities is facing some rather substantial repairs. 
Scope of Work:

The district has formed a Facilities Ad Hoc Committee to learn about our facilities needs via meetings with & surveys from (students, staff & community members); as well as information collected by gbA Architects (paid for with grant funding). The purpose of this Ad Hoc Committee is to learn about the district's needs through an open and thoughtful process and to recommend the path forward (both short and long term).

Our Ad Hoc Facilities Committee Members currently include: Alyssa May (Co-Chair), Cynthia Stuart (Co-Chair), Holly Brown, Jake Simpson, D. Stein, Angelique Brown, Lorrie Mawhinney and Gary Briggs. We are still missing members for the town of Sheffield and Wheelock. If you reside in one of these towns and wish to join the committee and/or have interest in joining the committee, please contact us at info@kingdomeast.org.
