Neighbors in Action's Food Share program operates out of their Cabot and Lyndonville offices, providing FREE Food Share in Lyndonville on Fridays. Learn More >>

S-EBT Program:

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has approved Vermont’s Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer (SEBT) plan to help feed eligible school aged children during the summer vacation months. Vermont is among the first states to launch the new permanent SEBT program.


The Department for Children and Families (DCF) will be issuing a preloaded EBT card to those who don’t have one yet. Households where the school aged child is receiving 3SquaresVT benefits, their S-EBT will be loaded on the same card. The benefit is $120 for the summer per child.
