KESD INTERIM SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH
Kingdom East Interim Superintendent Search
Dear KESD Staff and Community Members,
On behalf of the Interim Superintendent Search Committee and School Board, I am pleased to announce that after a thorough search and review process, we have identified a finalist for the position of Interim Superintendent of the Kingdom East School District.
Our goal throughout this process has been to identify an interim leader who is well-equipped to guide our staff and students through this next chapter. We have sought a candidate who not only possesses a proven track record in excellence in the superintendent role but also embodies the core values of transparency, collaboration, communication and student-centered decision-making.
We are excited to share that Jennifer Botzojorns is our finalist for Interim Superintendent. Jen brings over 30 years of experience in education spanning many roles. Jen was the Superintendent of the Caledonia North/Kingdom East School District from 2016 to 2023 and most recently was the Interim Superintendent of The Rivendell Interstate School District in New Hampshire and was a member of the Vermont School Redistricting Task Force. Her focus on relationship building, innovative work leading teams, and depth of understanding surrounding state and local educational needs make her a strong fit to lead our staff and students over the next year.
