KESD Woods Trail Run at Thetford Academy 10/2
On Saturday, the 5-8 XC runners participated in the Woods Trail Run at Thetford Academy, a New England Invitational.
John Underwood (Burke) had an amazing top ten finish (10th) out of 167 runners.
Lucas Switzer (BTS 109th) and Patrick Tester (Lyndon TS 129th) were the next top finishes on the boys side.
In the girls race 136 runners went to the start line.
Samantha Hensel (LTS 19th), Sara Lund (BTS 26th), and Stella van der Linde (BTS 42nd) led the KESD team to a 6th place team finish (third best VT team).
Congratulations to the runners and coaches on their great performances!
