Lunenburg 3rd-5th Graders Visit Country Village Nursing Home in Lancaster on Tuesday, December 12th

The Lunenburg 3rd-5th graders visited the Country Village Nursing Home in Lancaster on Tuesday, December 12th. The students sang the songs that they learned for their Holiday Performance, December Nights, December Lights.
They also gave the residents cards and ornaments that they made for them. The folks at Country Village were grateful as the children were the first visitors to do something like this since pre-COVID.

Meet Wayne Whitehill, Sutton School, Math Interventionist! Wayne Whitehill, also known as Mr. Whitehill to his Kindergarten-8th grade students, has worked with Sutton School and Kingdom East for 16 years and has been teaching for 30 years altogether!
As a class, we are trying to get better at taking our work from the day home. To help us do that, please continue to send your students take home folder everyday.
Join us on Thursday, April 17th for a free dinner where students will present their learning and goals for this point in the year!
