The Kingdom East School Board has begun a strategic planning process to create a 5 year plan. On December 20th, a group of district teachers, administrators and board members convened a Think Tank to consider the next steps as we look at opportunities and challenges ahead. We are considering expanded student opportunity, equitable access to programs, healthy schools and class sizes and other potential changes moving forward. The Think Tank group will convene again in the end of January. They will reach out in each school and the community to garner additional input.

It’s hard to believe that we’re already approaching the end of our first trimester! The past few months have been filled with learning, laughter, and community building.
Kingdom Kids is excited to offer full scholarships to KESD students interested in season rentals for skis and snowboards this winter.
Last week was fantastic and we enjoyed celebrating Halloween together. Students did a wonderful job choosing costumes and wearing appropriate clothing. Thank you!
